Green construction is a value-engineering practice that has been proven to save money during construction and/or over the operating life of a facility—the return on your investment. Our heating cost for our house project at left has been reduced about 70% since our project completion, and our construction cost was reduced by re-using most of the building.

LOW IMPACT DEVELOPMENT

Stormwater from rain or snowmelt from our parking lots will flow over the ground and carry pollutants into our streams, ponds, lakes and rivers.  Surface water pollutants include sediments that choke fish in rivers and chemical pollutants that move into our drinking water supplies.
